INGREDIENTS: passionflower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata), valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis), lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis); capsule shell: bovine gelatin; purified water; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (E460). May contain traces of milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: Adults take 1 capsule daily with a sufficient amount of water.

CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE:

• Passionflower herb extract (Passiflora incarnata) - 150 mg
• Valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis) - 150 mg
• Lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis) - 150 mg
