UNIFARMA AEvit capsules N20 contain two fat-soluble vitamins: retinyl palmitate, which is vitamin A, and tocopheryl acetate, which is vitamin E. Such a complex is usually considered as a dietary addition when the diet lacks variety, fresh produce is seasonally scarce, or you want to pay more attention to skin, mucous membranes, vision and overall nutritional support.
Since UNIFARMA AEvit contains the fat-soluble vitamins A and E, they're usually taken during or after a meal, not on an empty stomach. In practice that means it's better to pair the capsule with a regular meal that includes a source of fat: for example, vegetable oil in a salad, eggs, fish, dairy products, nuts or avocado. This approach matches how fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed.
Before combining UNIFARMA AEvit capsules N20 with other supplements, it's worth carefully checking their composition. Vitamins A and E are often found in multivitamins, skin, hair and nail complexes, and may also be present in fish oil products or other fat-soluble formulas. If you take several such products at once, the total intake of retinol and tocopherol may turn out higher than you planned.
