Content of ingredients per INCI: Petrolatum, Pinus longifolia oil, Cinnamomum camphora extract, Mentha piperita extract, Paraffin, Eucalyptus globulus oil, Myristica fragrans oil, Trachyspermum ammi flower extract.
Usage: For runny nose and stuffy nose, apply on the outer surface of the nose. For sore muscles, on the back, apply on the painful area. For a better result, put a warm bandage on top. For headaches, apply on the skin of the temples. It is used externally for nasal inhalations when the nose is blocked. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of ointment in hot water. Inhale the hot steam through the nose. Special inhalers can be used.
