Chistaya Liniya (Чистая Линия, Pure Line) Night Intensive Nourishing Face Cream for Dry Skin is a cosmetic night face cream from the Chistaya Liniya Institute range (Unilever Russia), formulated with wheat germ oil and aloe vera as the two primary skin-nourishing actives. Wheat germ oil (Triticum vulgare) is one of the richest plant-derived sources of vitamin E (tocopherol), and additionally contains vitamins A, B, D and PP, polyunsaturated fatty acids (linoleic and linolenic acids) and lecithin; in cosmetics it provides intensive nourishment and contributes to skin renewal, moisture retention and a supple, smooth skin appearance. Aloe vera (Aloe barbadensis) gel provides hydration, soothing and conditioning properties, contributing to moisture retention and a refreshed skin feel. The intensive night cream is specifically formulated for dry skin types, which require more intensive nourishment during the overnight regeneration cycle. The richer cream texture provides a comfortable dry skin care experience without leaving a heavy feel by morning.

The cream is formulated for dry skin, but combination skin can still work with it — the key is where you apply it. Rather than covering the whole face, use it on the areas that actually feel tight or rough by evening: typically the cheeks, around the mouth, the jawline and the neck. On the oilier T-zone (forehead, nose, chin), a texture this rich can feel heavy and sit on the surface rather than absorb, so it is better left out or covered with a much lighter product.
