Inulin from Jerusalem artichoke is a natural prebiotic fructooligosaccharide (FOS) dietary fibre, used as a supplementary fibre source and as a prebiotic to support the natural balance of beneficial bacteria in the large intestine. Each sachet is dissolved in a glass of warm water (200 ml) and taken during a meal. Suitable for adults. Not a medicinal product.
