Alteja White Mumio (Stone Oil, Brakshun) is a natural mineral-organic substance obtained from high-mountain rock formations in the central Asian mountain ranges (Altai, Sayan, Pamir). White mumio — also known as "stone oil," "rock juice" or brakshun — is distinct from the more commonly known dark mumio (asphaltum/shilajit): it forms as a mineral precipitate on rock surfaces from the interaction of organic matter, mineral-rich ground water and geological processes, resulting in a pale-coloured mineral deposit with a complex composition containing over 40 essential minerals and trace elements including silver, selenium, iron, zinc, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus, along with organic fulvic and humic acid components and amino acids. White mumio in its dry crystalline form is dissolved in water before use. It has a characteristic slightly astringent, mineral taste. As a dietary supplement, white mumio provides a broad spectrum of mineral trace elements that may complement dietary mineral intake.

USE: For internal use: dissolve in previously boiled water that has cooled to 35–38°C. Start with a small amount and increase as tolerated. Note: during the intake period it is recommended to limit consumption of coffee, strong tea, dark chocolate, alcohol and highly salted or spicy food, and pork. Allow at least 3 days between completing an antibiotic course and starting white mumio.
