Medikomed "Smooth Heels" Foot Cream with 30% Urea is a cosmetic intensive foot care cream formulated with a high 30% concentration of hydroxyethyl urea as the principal keratolytic and moisturising active, combined with a rich botanical and lipid complex including badger fat, hazelnut oil, St John's wort oil, camphor, calendula extract, fenugreek extract and white willow bark extract. At 30% concentration, urea (hydroxyethyl urea) exerts a strong keratolytic (skin-softening) action on the thickened stratum corneum of the heel, foot ball and toe areas, effectively breaking down the dense protein matrix of hyperkeratotic (hardened, rough) skin to restore softness, smoothness and elasticity. Badger fat (Meles meles) is a traditional Eastern European cosmetic fat used for its high content of linoleic acid and oleic acid, providing deep occlusive nourishment to the heel skin. Hazelnut oil (Corylus avellana) provides oleic and linoleic acids along with tocopherols. Camphor contributes a characteristic warming aromatic note. Calendula extract provides soothing botanical polyphenols and flavonoids.

USE: Apply the cream to the heel and foot area. Massage in with circular movements. Use 2–3 times per day. For best results, pre-soak feet in warm water for 10–15 minutes before application and use a pumice stone on the thickened heel skin surface.
