"SATTVA" ASHWAGANDHA is a food supplement in capsule form. Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng, is a plant traditionally used in Ayurveda. The product contains standardised ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), containing 2.5% withanolides.
NET QUANTITY: 30.6 g / 60 capsules
INGREDIENTS: ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) (DER 4:1), standardised to 2.5% withanolides. Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE: Adults: 1 capsule per day with water.
CONTENT PER DAILY DOSE:
