Valerian tincture is a herbal food supplement. Valerian contributes to relaxation and supports mental well-being in cases of tension and stress, helping to cope with stress caused by a fast-paced lifestyle.
NET QUANTITY: 25 ml
INGREDIENTS: chopped valerian rhizomes with roots - 200 g; ethyl alcohol 70% - sufficient quantity to obtain 1000 ml of tincture.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE AND DOSAGE: For adults, 20-30 drops 3-4 times a day for up to 4 weeks.
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of individual intolerance to the ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It is recommended to consult a doctor before using the food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. In case of allergic reactions, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not use the food supplement as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children.
