INGREDIENTS: per 1000 ml: peppermint leaves 50 g, peppermint essential oil 50 g, excipient ethanol (ethyl alcohol) 90% up to 1000 ml of tincture
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE AND DOSAGE: Adults: dilute 10–15 drops in 1/4 glass of water, up to 3–4 times a day. Use for 1–2 weeks. If discomfort persists for more than 3 days, consult a doctor.

The product contains a very high percentage of ethanol, which sets it fundamentally apart from herbal teas or capsules with mint extract. It should be used strictly in the amounts given in the manufacturer's instructions, and no more.
The alcohol base of the tincture is the main factor that determines who should not use this product. This is not a formal disclaimer but a real restriction that is important to consider before use.
