Description: Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) supports brain health and promotes normal vision. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) support normal heart function; studies show their positive effects with daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.

Directions for use: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after a meal. Drink plenty of water.
