What is the Leovit “Weight and Cholesterol Control” Nutrition Program?
Leovit “Weight and Cholesterol Control” Nutrition Program is a 5‑day meal plan for people who want a simpler way to reduce calorie intake and choose lower‑fat foods. It combines soups, main dishes, drinks and jelly into a ready format that helps with portion control and makes eating more predictable during busy workdays, travel or time at home. People usually choose this kind of program when they want more structure without having to calculate each meal themselves.
Key components
- Fiber and pectin – help food take up volume in the stomach, which can make meals feel more satisfying.
- Beta‑glucan – a soluble fiber found in grains, known for its role in binding part of dietary cholesterol in the digestive tract.
- Green coffee cappuccino with chlorogenic acids – compounds often used in weight‑management products because they are linked with carbohydrate metabolism and energy use.
Meal variety and structure
The set includes a varied mix of:
- porridge
- mashed dishes
- fish risotto
- vegetable‑based meals
- puree soups
- tea
- fruit jelly
This variety makes a lower‑calorie eating plan easier to follow. The meals are arranged in a clear sequence, which may suit someone who wants less decision fatigue, struggles with oversized portions, or needs compact food options to keep at the office.
Who it is for and how it can be used
The product suits adults who are looking for a short, practical reset in eating habits or a ready‑made low‑fat menu with controlled portions. It can also be useful after periods of irregular eating, when a person wants to return to more balanced choices. It is not a substitute for long‑term nutrition education, but it may help as a starting point for more mindful food habits.
Important notes and cautions
- Diabetes, digestive sensitivity, or a medical condition related to cholesterol metabolism – speak with a healthcare professional before using the program.
- Need for a specially adapted eating plan – consult a healthcare professional.
- Very low‑calorie plans – not suitable for everyone, especially during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or periods of high physical load.

Customer Questions
LEOVIT Toitumisprogramm KAALU JA KOLESTEROOLITASET alandav is a 5-day diet meal programme with a total weight of 602 g. The basic idea is that the menu has been put together in advance by day and by portion, so you do not need to work out the calorie content and composition of each meal yourself.
It is important to understand that what works here is not a single “active” component but the whole structure of the menu. It is based on small portions and frequent meals, which make it easier to keep the day's energy intake moderate, while the hot dishes help you avoid giving in to spontaneous snacking.
Although this is an ordinary diet meal kit and not a medicine, a short reduced-calorie diet is not suitable for everyone or in every situation. Before starting the programme, it is sensible to discuss it with a doctor or nutrition specialist if any of the following applies to you:
