Mozolin is a cosmetic foot care preparation for the care of dry calluses and corns, formulated with lemon essential oil combined with the keratolytic (skin-softening) acids salicylic acid and benzoic acid as the three principal active cosmetic components. Lemon essential oil (Citrus limon peel oil, cold-expressed) is a citrus essential oil with a fresh, characteristic lemon aroma, contributing limonene, beta-pinene and citral to the formula; it also provides mild cleansing and skin-conditioning properties. Salicylic acid (beta-hydroxy acid, BHA) is one of the most established cosmetic keratolytic actives, solubilising the lipid intercellular matrix of the stratum corneum and loosening the cohesion of corneocytes in hyperkeratotic (thickened) skin layers. Benzoic acid enhances the keratolytic action and provides the formula with antimicrobial properties. The combined formula softens the corneous layer of dry calluses and corns; after several hours of action, the softened tissue can be removed by gentle mechanical exfoliation. 30 ml.

Planeta Zdorovia Mozolin Cosmetic for Dry Calluses and Corns is a targeted foot care product for areas where skin has become thick, hard and rough from friction or pressure. People usually choose this type of cosmetic when a dry callus or corn makes the skin feel dense and difficult to smooth with a regular foot cream alone.
The formula works through a combination of acids and lemon essential oil. Salicylic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) known for its keratolytic action: in simple terms, it helps loosen the bonds between compacted dead skin cells in the thickened outer layer. This makes the hardened area softer and easier to remove gradually with a pumice stone or foot file. Benzoic acid strengthens this softening effect, while lemon peel oil adds mild cleansing and skin-conditioning properties. The result is not an instant “peel,” but a gradual softening of stubborn, built-up skin.
It is intended for small problem areas such as dry corns and dense callused patches on heels, toes or the ball of the foot. This suits people who wear tight shoes, spend long hours standing, or notice recurring rough spots in the same places. Used as part of foot maintenance, it can help make mechanical exfoliation more effective and less harsh than filing thick skin completely dry.
Because this is an acid‑based cosmetic, it should be applied only to intact, thickened skin. Avoid using it on cracked, irritated, infected or freshly shaved areas. Lemon essential oil can increase sensitivity to sunlight, so treated skin should be kept away from sun and UV exposure for a while after use. If you have very sensitive skin, diabetes, poor circulation, or you are choosing a product for a child, it is wise to ask a healthcare professional before using it.
