RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE
Children aged 15–17 should take 1 tablet 3 times a day; Adults should take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day with meals, dissolving them slowly until completely dissolved, without chewing or drinking.
