Instructions for anti-cellulite vacuum massage:
Apply anti-cellulite cream or warmed vegetable oil to pre-warmed skin (after sauna, bath, shower, hips and lower back area). Place the opening part of the cup tightly against the skin, slightly compressing the balloon part of the cup in the middle, dosing the vacuum according to the sensation.
Continuously perform straight, circular, zigzag movements until lasting skin redness occurs. Do not keep the cup in one place. The optimal duration of an anti-cellulite massage with cups is 5-15 minutes.
Contraindications:
Pulmonary bleeding, active pulmonary tuberculosis, benign and malignant tumors, skin diseases and strong skin sensitivity, tendency to gastrointestinal bleeding, blood diseases, heart rhythm and heart function disorders, 3rd degree high blood pressure disease, varicose veins, pregnancy, for children under 12 years of age.
NB! Cupping massage should not be performed in the area of the spine, heart, kidneys, female breasts, and the inner sides of the hips.

According to the card, cream or vegetable oil is applied to prepared (warmed) skin, the massage cup is set firmly on the skin and the vacuum is adjusted by feel. The movements are continuous and gliding – straight, circular or zigzag – and the cup must not be held in one place; the procedure lasts 5–15 minutes, taking skin sensitivity into account. The card does not name a special regimen for beginners (frequency of sessions, strength of vacuum).
According to the card, the massage cup must not be used in the area of the spine, heart, kidneys, breasts and inner surface of the thighs, in case of skin diseases and pronounced skin sensitivity, or during pregnancy; it is not suitable for children under 12. The card does not explain the reasons for the prohibitions.
