Instructions for anti-cellulite vacuum massage:
Apply anti-cellulite cream or warmed vegetable oil to pre-warmed skin (after sauna, bath, shower, hips and lower back area). Place the opening part of the cup tightly against the skin, slightly compressing the balloon part of the cup in the middle, dosing the vacuum according to the sensation.
Continuously perform straight, circular, zigzag movements until lasting skin redness occurs. Do not keep the cup in one place. The optimal duration of an anti-cellulite massage with cups is 5-15 minutes.
