"Maslyany Korol" (Oil King) Flaxseed Porridge with Siberian Pine Nut Flour is an instant porridge product made from whole ground flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum) and fine-milled Siberian pine nut press cake (Pinus sibirica), produced with clean-label, environmentally responsible sourcing in accordance with healthy-eating dietary principles. The product is designed for quick preparation simply by stirring with warm water, making it a convenient, high-nutrition breakfast or snack alternative that requires no cooking.
Flaxseed is one of the richest known plant sources of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, an omega-3 fatty acid) and dietary fibre, including soluble (mucilaginous) fibre. ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels — this beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA (EU Regulation 432/2012). Flaxseed also contains secoisolariciresinol diglucoside (SDG), the principal lignan in the flaxseed matrix. Pine nut flour adds a rich, mildly sweet, buttery flavour note and provides protein, essential fatty acids, and minerals. The combination produces a satisfying, nutritionally dense instant porridge with a creamy texture when prepared.
