"LAUMA" posture corrector, model 301, is intended for supporting posture and correcting back position. The product helps keep the shoulders in a better position and is suitable for use during everyday movement.
The posture corrector is suitable for supporting body posture when the back tends to bend forward. When choosing the product, use the underbust circumference as a guide.
COMPOSITION: cotton 35%, polyacrylic 24%, elastane 17%, polyester 16%, polyamide 8%.

USE: Choose the suitable size according to the underbust circumference. Put on the posture corrector so that it supports posture comfortably without causing excessive pressure.

A sensible starting point is 20–30 minutes a day, especially during activities where your shoulders tend to roll forward, such as desk work, studying, driving, sewing, handicrafts or phone use. During this time, notice the gentle pull across the shoulder blades and use it as a reminder to bring the chest up and the shoulders back without forcing the lower back into an exaggerated arch.

With a posture corrector, sizing is especially important because the product relies on elastic tension: if it is too loose, you may not feel the posture cue; if it is too small or over-tightened, it can dig in, irritate the underarm area or make you want to compensate by tensing your neck and shoulders.
