Bustier corset LUX (hard) size 2 656-2

Toros Rühikorsett LUX (Hard) size 2 is a rigid posture corrector for people who want more stable upper-back alignment during time at a desk, studying, standing work, or other activities that often lead to rounded shoulders. Unlike soft elastic posture bands, this orthopedic brace uses a firmer structure to guide the thoracic spine and shoulder area into a more upright position while it is being worn.

The main effect comes from two rigid stiffening inserts placed along the back. They help limit slouching and distribute pressure more evenly across the upper and mid-back, so posture is not held only by muscle effort. At the same time, the shoulder section creates a gentle backward reminder that helps open the chest and reduce the habit of collapsing forward. This can be useful for people who notice fatigue from long sitting, computer work, sewing, reading, or other tasks that keep the body in one position for hours.

The construction is also important here. The outer double-layer knitted fabric gives elasticity and a secure fit, while the cotton lining feels softer against the skin and makes longer wear easier. Because this is the hard version, it is better suited to those who need a more noticeable corrective hold than a light posture band can provide. Size 2 has a brace height of 38 cm, which affects how much of the thoracic area is covered and stabilized.

This type of back brace is usually chosen as a practical tool for posture training: for example, when returning to office work after a break, when trying to build a better sitting habit, or when extra external guidance is helpful during the day. It can be worn over thin clothing or under looser garments, depending on preference.

A rigid posture corrector should feel secure, not overly tight. It is sensible to begin with shorter wearing periods and increase gradually as the body adapts. Do not use it on irritated or damaged skin, and if you have a diagnosed spinal condition, marked pain, numbness, or signs that the brace restricts circulation, it is best to speak with a healthcare professional before use.
