According to the product card, this is the rigid posture corrector Toros-Group type 651b, size 1 (semi-rigid according to the English description); the manufacturer places the size chart (circumference or height) on the packaging – compare your measurements with it. How to put it on: the corrector is worn directly on the body or over clothing; the wide belt is fastened at the front with a hook-and-loop fastener; the narrow elastic straps are brought forward, passed around the shoulders, crossed on the back and fastened in the abdominal area with a hook-and-loop fastener so that the supporting elements are on both sides of the spine. The tension of the fasteners can be adjusted to change the position of the shoulders, and the internal supporting elements can be removed or bent to the shape of the body if needed.
Wearing regimen according to the card: 3–4 hours a day, starting with 15–25 minutes on the first day and increasing the time by 20 minutes every day over 1–1.5 months. The product should be used on a doctor's recommendation; after injuries and operations the wearing regimen is determined only by the doctor, and you should not increase the time or change the schedule on your own. According to the English description, if discomfort increases, the corrector should be removed and a doctor consulted; for children – only under medical supervision.
