What Is Ivan Tea
FitoSila Ivan Tea Drink 50 g is a herbal tea made from fireweed, also known as Ivan tea. People usually choose this kind of tea for its mild, rounded taste and as an alternative to regular black or green tea. In Baltic and Slavic tea traditions, Ivan tea has long been used as a simple plant infusion rather than a strongly stimulating drink.
Taste and Composition
The product contains one ingredient only: dried Ivan tea. Fireweed is naturally caffeine-free, so it suits those who want a warm beverage in the evening or who prefer to limit coffee and classic tea. Its taste is usually described as soft, slightly grassy and gently fermented, depending on how the plant material was prepared. Because the composition is so simple, this tea also appeals to people who prefer single-ingredient herbal drinks without added flavourings.
How to Enjoy It
This is not a mixed tea blend and not an instant drink, but a traditional loose herbal infusion. This gives you a more classic brewing experience and lets you adjust the strength to your preference. Ivan Tea can fit naturally into a variety of moments:
- A quiet morning break
- A warm drink with meals
- An evening cup when you want something without caffeine
Important Notes
If you are exploring herbal teas, this is a good option for those who appreciate traditional plant-based beverages with a clean ingredient list. As with other herbs, it is sensible to avoid use if you know you are sensitive to the plant. During pregnancy, or if you are unsure whether herbal teas suit you, it is best to check first with a qualified specialist.
