Single-ingredient valerian products are aimed primarily at calming the nervous system. HERBIN Südame tabletid follows a different logic: here valerian is complemented by hawthorn and peppermint, each of which adds its own emphasis.
The manufacturer does not specify a particular time of day: for adults, the recommendation is 1 tablet twice a day, preferably with food — for example, with breakfast and dinner.
