Garlic (Allium sativum), nettle (Urtica dioica), gelatin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, dyes: iron oxides and -hydroxides, brilliant blue.
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE
Adults: 1-2 capsules daily. Take with food and plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
