White flax porridge with pumpkin and raisins from Planeta Zdorovia is a ready-to-prepare breakfast mix based on ground white flax seed, combined with pumpkin and sweet raisins. Unlike instant cereals, it does not need to be boiled — a portion is simply poured with hot water or warm milk and left to swell for a few minutes. The base of the mix is white flax seed, milled into a fine flour. White flax has a milder, slightly nutty taste compared to the more familiar brown variety, which makes the porridge pleasant even for those who usually find flax too bitter.
