Domashny Doktor Hand Cream with Snail Mucin is a cosmetic intensively restorative, softening and smoothing hand cream from the Domashny Doktor (Home Doctor) range (Ukraine), formulated with snail secretion filtrate (snail mucin) as the principal active ingredient, combined in a lightweight, airy-textured formula that absorbs rapidly without any sticky or greasy residue. Snail mucin (snail secretion filtrate, Helix aspersa) is the viscous mucous secretion of the garden snail, providing a complex bioactive matrix of collagen/elastin peptides, glycosaminoglycans (hyaluronic acid), allantoin, glycoproteins and antimicrobial peptides. In cosmetic use, the snail filtrate contributes to the intensive moisturisation and softening of dry, rough and scaling hand skin, smooths the skin surface and improves the skin's tone, firmness and moisture retention with regular daily use. The formula protects the skin from moisture loss and helps maintain normal skin hydration levels.
