Cosmetic paraffin wax is applied to the skin as a warm thermal mask — the heat stimulates surface circulation, the wax creates an occlusive seal that traps moisture, and the formula of paraffin, petrolatum and plant oil provides a conditioning and softening effect on the skin during the treatment. Marina Lupen cosmetic paraffin is formulated with a blend of paraffin, petrolatum (vaseline) and plant oil for an intensively moisturising thermal treatment result, making it particularly suitable for dry, cracked and sensitive skin on the hands, feet and other areas. Working temperature is 40–45°C (applied as a warm but not hot preparation from a water bath).

INGREDIENTS (INCI): Paraffinum, Petrolatum (Vaseline), Plant Oil (see product label for full INCI list).
USE: Melt the paraffin in a water bath to 40–45°C. Dip the hand/foot or apply the liquid paraffin to the problem area (a layer up to ~3 cm depth using a brush). Wrap with plastic film; insulate with a towel (to slow cooling). Leave on 30–90 minutes until the paraffin solidifies and cools to a comfortable temperature. Remove the paraffin layer. For best results, apply after cleansing and exfoliation.
WARNINGS: Risk of burns — do not overheat. Check temperature on inner wrist before applying. Do not apply to broken, infected, inflamed, or irritated skin. Do not apply directly to the eyes, face or over varicose veins. Not for individuals with circulation disorders without medical guidance. In case of burns, cool with cold water immediately.
