Cereal mixture " youth " 350 gr.

What Is This Blend

Obraz Zhizni "Youth" Grain Mix 350 g is a wholegrain cooking blend for people who want a more nourishing alternative to refined porridge or side dishes. It combines brown rice, naked oat and amaranth seeds in one portioned cereal mix, so you get different textures and nutrients from several grains at once. People usually choose this kind of product when they want a warmer, more filling breakfast or a simple grain base for a balanced meal.

Key Grains and What They Bring

The grains are used in their whole form, with the bran and germ left intact rather than polished away. This means more fibre and a broader nutrient profile than in refined grains. Fibre helps the meal digest more slowly and can make it feel more satisfying.

• Brown rice — brings a mild nutty taste and a steady carbohydrate base.
• Naked oat — adds a softer, creamier texture and naturally contains beta-glucans.
• Amaranth — contributes minerals and lysine, an amino acid that is relatively uncommon in many cereal grains.

Together, the mix offers a more complete nutritional profile than one grain alone. Amaranth has also been valued for centuries in different cultures as a resilient seed crop with a dense nutrient content.

When and How to Use It

This versatile hot cereal suits a range of occasions and serving styles:

• A breakfast bowl with milk or a plant-based drink
• A savoury grain side with vegetables
• A post-exercise meal or a simple, filling evening dish

The portion bags make preparation easier and keep cooking time predictable — useful if you want whole grains without extra measuring or stirring.

Good to Know

• If you are increasing fibre intake, it may be best to start with moderate portions and drink enough water.
• Contains oat gluten — not suitable for people avoiding gluten-containing cereals.
