Farm Group Rahustav taimetee N20 is a herbal tea for people who want a calmer evening rhythm, feel mentally overstimulated, or find it hard to switch off before sleep. It is also chosen during tense periods when emotional strain, irritability, or a “wired but tired” feeling makes rest less restorative. As a food supplement, this tea provides plant compounds such as flavonoids and organic acids from a blend of well-known soothing herbs.
The formula combines several plants that work in slightly different ways. Valerian root is one of the most established herbs for relaxation: it is traditionally used when the mind feels overactive and it is difficult to settle down at night. Hop cones are often paired with valerian because they complement its calming effect and help create a more peaceful pre-sleep state. Peppermint brings a softer balancing note to the blend; beyond its fresh taste, it is often appreciated when tension is felt not only emotionally but also physically. Licorice root naturally rounds out the flavour and has long been included in herbal infusions for its gentle, harmonising character. Common five-finger grass adds another traditional botanical element rich in plant substances valued in herbal practice.
What makes this tea practical is the filter-bag format: it is easy to prepare, simple to include in an evening regimen, and suitable for those who prefer a warm herbal drink instead of capsules or tablets. It may suit students during intensive study periods, people with demanding workdays, frequent travellers adjusting after busy schedules, or anyone who notices that stress makes it harder to unwind. A warm infusion itself can become part of a settling ritual, while the herb combination offers a mild, gradual effect rather than a harsh “switch-off” feeling.
This is not a fast-acting sedative and it is not intended to replace medical advice for persistent sleep problems, severe headaches, or marked nervous symptoms. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicines that affect the nervous system, or have a chronic health condition, it is sensible to check with a healthcare professional before use. If the tea makes you feel sleepy, avoid situations that require alertness straight afterwards.
