Green tea is minimally processed compared to black tea — the freshly harvested leaves are immediately heat-treated to halt oxidation, preserving their natural green colour, characteristic fresh vegetal aroma and high level of naturally occurring antioxidants. INGREDIENTS: Green tea
USE: Place one teabag in a cup. Pour water heated to 80–85°C (not fully boiling, to preserve the delicate green tea character and avoid bitterness). Steep for 2–3 minutes. Remove teabag and serve. Best enjoyed without milk.
