BOMBBAR Brownie with cherry is made differently: its base is a protein blend of whey and milk protein, which provides a higher protein content per serving than the classic version.
The product contains several ingredients to which some people have an individual reaction. First, dietary fibre: oligofructose and inulin are prebiotics and, when eaten in noticeable amounts, can cause bloating or discomfort in people whose gut is sensitive to fermentable fibres (FODMAPs).
There are no strict rules here — the product is handy whenever you need a quick snack with no preparation.
