There is no fixed frequency rule that applies to everyone; the product is marketed as a mild body wash, so many people can use it in their normal shower routine. What matters more is how your skin responds. The fine coconut shell particles give it a light exfoliating effect, so daily use means daily exfoliation. On a normal skin type that is usually fine, but if your skin is easily irritated, using it every day may feel more active than a plain gel.
For after exercise, this gel is a sensible choice because the mild cleansing base removes sweat and excess oil without leaving the skin feeling squeaky or stripped. That matters after sport, when skin has been under clothing, exposed to perspiration and often washed more frequently.
