There is no fixed frequency rule that applies to everyone; the product is marketed as a mild body wash, so many people can use it in their normal shower routine. What matters more is how your skin responds. The fine coconut shell particles give it a light exfoliating effect, so daily use means daily exfoliation. On a normal skin type that is usually fine, but if your skin is easily irritated, using it every day may feel more active than a plain gel.
For sensitive or reactive skin, the key is pressure and placement. Use gentle pressure while massaging, spend a little extra time on areas that tend to get rough, like elbows, knees and legs, and avoid rubbing hard over areas that are already red, chapped, scratched or irritated. If you notice stinging, tightness beyond normal cleansing or visible redness, stop using it and switch to a non-exfoliating body wash for a few days.
Because postbiotics and fruit extracts are meant to soften and keep the skin’s balance, many users without underlying skin problems will have no issue. Still, no cosmetic product works identically for everyone. If you have a chronic skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication that affects the skin, ask a pharmacist or doctor before use.
If your skin is prone to dryness, keep the shower warm rather than hot, limit shower time, and pat the skin dry instead of rubbing. Follow immediately with a moisturising lotion to trap the softness the gel provides.
