USE: Shake before use. Warm a small amount of oil in the palms. Apply to clean skin in the target area and massage. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after use — avoid touching eyes or sensitive areas after contact with this oil.

This is a body massage oil, so limit it to body massage. The active ingredient is a red pepper extract that intentionally creates a strong warming sensation, and that makes some areas unsuitable.
Good technique makes it easier to use this oil without the heat becoming overwhelming. The warming effect is stronger than a neutral oil, so how you start and how much you apply matters more than with a regular massage oil.
