This is a body massage oil, so limit it to body massage. The active ingredient is a red pepper extract that intentionally creates a strong warming sensation, and that makes some areas unsuitable.
Never use near the face, eyes, lips, or mucous membranes. The skin there is thin and the oil can cause intense burning if it gets into the eyes.
Avoid skin that is sensitive, irritated, damaged, or sunburned. The heat can make an already irritated area worse.
Be extra cautious on body areas with thinner skin, such as the inner thighs, the backs of the knees, and the inner arms. If you want to massage those areas, use a smaller amount first and see how it feels.
For most people, the more practical areas are the back, shoulders, arms, legs, and other larger muscle groups, where a thin layer spreads easily and the heat is easier to tolerate. Even there, start with less oil than you think you need; you can always add a little more.
After the massage, wash your hands with soap and water before touching your face, eyes, or other sensitive areas. A splash of water alone will not remove the oil properly. If your skin tends to react quickly, it is safest to try the oil on one small area first.
This oil is a cosmetic product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
