How should I use this warming oil for a massage so it glides well without overheating?

Good technique makes it easier to use this oil without the heat becoming overwhelming. The warming effect is stronger than a neutral oil, so how you start and how much you apply matters more than with a regular massage oil.

First, warm a small amount between your palms before putting it on the skin. This helps the oil spread evenly and makes the first contact less of a temperature shock. Apply a thin layer rather than a thick coating: massage glide comes from the oil moving between hand and skin, not from the volume of product. If you feel too much drag, add a few more drops, then give the skin a moment to adjust before rubbing again.

The heat builds with time and with rubbing. Firm, repeated strokes over the same area feel hotter than light, slow strokes, because the oil stays in contact with the skin and the active compounds keep being worked in. On the first session, start with lighter pressure and shorter sequences over each area until you understand how strong the sensation will be.

If the pure oil feels too hot, you can mix it with a neutral body massage oil to soften the effect. Start with a small test mixture and see how your skin reacts; add more neutral oil if the warmth is still too strong. Do not pour the mixture back into the original 1L bottle, and do not use a container unless you know it is clean.

This type of oil is often used after physical activity or during colder months because the warmth makes the massage feel more pleasant. The oil helps hands glide and leaves skin feeling smooth, which is all a cosmetic massage oil is intended to do.
