The oil can be used daily — its formula, based on plant oils (almond, macadamia, avocado), does not overload the skin and absorbs well without leaving a noticeable greasy film. The best time is in the evening after a shower or before bed, when the body is already relaxed and the skin is slightly damp: this improves glide and helps the oil spread evenly.
An ordinary body oil is usually designed for applying yourself: it absorbs quickly, leaves minimal residue and is not meant to provide prolonged glide for the hands. A massage oil works differently — it stays on the surface of the skin longer, allowing even, supple movement without friction. That is exactly why almond, macadamia and avocado oils are used as the base: they create the right texture without leaving a sticky feel.
