The oil can be used daily — its formula, based on plant oils (almond, macadamia, avocado), does not overload the skin and absorbs well without leaving a noticeable greasy film. The best time is in the evening after a shower or before bed, when the body is already relaxed and the skin is slightly damp: this improves glide and helps the oil spread evenly.
A few practical points:
Amount. Start with a small amount — roughly a teaspoon per area (for example, the back or legs). The oil spreads well, so it is easy to add more if needed.
Temperature. Before applying, you can hold the bottle in your palms for a few seconds — warm oil feels more pleasant on the skin and brings out the scent of the essential oils better.
Technique. For a relaxing effect, slow, smooth movements work best — stroking along the muscles without strong pressure. The oil provides even glide, so your hands do not “catch” on the skin even during a long massage.
Where to apply. It is well suited to the back, shoulders, neck and legs — that is, large areas of the body where steady glide matters. Avoid the eye area.
After the massage. Any remaining oil can be gently blotted with a towel or left on — almond and avocado oils soften the skin and reduce the feeling of dryness.
If your skin tends to react to essential oils, before the first full use apply a small amount to your wrist or the crook of your elbow and wait 24 hours.
