BISOU Glossy is a moisturising shine shampoo from the Italian brand Gridem, created for dry, dull and chemically treated hair — coloured, bleached, permed or heat-styled. It gently cleanses the scalp and lengths while helping the hair fibre feel softer, smoother and visibly glossier from the first wash.

Dry and processed hair loses moisture and lipids, which is why the cuticle lifts, light scatters unevenly and strands look matte and rough. A hydrating shampoo works in two directions at once: a mild surfactant base removes sebum, dust and styling residue without stripping the hydrolipidic film, while conditioning agents settle on the cuticle, smooth it down and reduce friction between hairs. The result is hair that combs more easily and reflects light evenly — that is what we perceive as shine.

BISOU Glossy is a good fit if your hair:

• feels dry along the lengths and ends after washing;
• has been coloured, lightened or chemically straightened;
• is regularly exposed to hot tools, sun, salt water or chlorine;
• looks dull and lacks bounce, even though the scalp is normal.

For best results, apply to wet hair, massage into the scalp, let the lather slide down the lengths and rinse thoroughly. Pair it with a moisturising or repairing mask one to two times a week, and a leave-in conditioner or oil on the ends. Because the formula is focused on hydration rather than deep clarifying, it can be used in regular rotation; if you also use silicone-rich styling products, occasionally alternate with a deeper cleanser.
