What's the best routine to pair with this shampoo for very dry, bleached ends?

A shampoo can only do so much: it cleanses and smooths the cuticle during the few minutes it's on the hair. For bleached or chemically straightened ends that have lost internal lipids, you need leave-on treatments that stay on the fibre. After rinsing BISOU Glossy, apply a moisturising or repairing mask on towel-dried lengths, leave it for the time indicated on the mask (usually 5–10 minutes), then rinse. Do this once or twice a week. On non-mask days, work a leave-in conditioner or a few drops of hair oil into the damp ends before combing — this seals the cuticle further and reduces mechanical damage while detangling. If you blow-dry or use hot tools, a heat-protectant spray is non-negotiable. The shampoo creates the clean, low-friction base; the mask, leave-in and protectant do the heavy lifting on porosity and elasticity.
