For the best results with Beseda must baikhovid tea, use water heated to approximately 95°C (just short of boiling) and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. This timing range allows the breathing bag's micro-perforations to facilitate even extraction of the orthodox black tea's compounds. A 3-minute steeping period produces a lighter cup with subtle caffeine stimulation and a cleaner taste, while extending to 5 minutes deepens the color, enhances body, and increases the release of polyphenols and natural caffeine. Those sensitive to bitterness should avoid steeping beyond 5 minutes, as tannins may become more pronounced. If you prefer a stronger brew for breakfast, you can increase steeping time slightly, but reduce it for an afternoon cup to maintain gentler stimulation.
