Mis on Altay amarandiõli?
Organic Altay amarandiõli on külmpressitud amarandiseemnetest valmistatud taimeõli, mis pärineb Altai mägede piirkonnast. Amarant on iidne teravili, mida kasvatati juba inka ja maiade tsivilisatsioonides ning mida hinnati selle toiteväärtuse pärast. Tänapäeval kasutatakse amarandiõli nii toidulisandina kui ka loodusliku kosmeetilise koostisosana tänu rikkalikule biokeemilisele profiilile.
Rikkalik koostis
Selle õli kõige huvipakkuvam komponent on skvaleen — looduslik süsivesinik, mida amarandiõli sisaldab erakordselt suures koguses (kuni 6–8%). Skvaleen on inimkeha enda rasunäärmete eritise loomulik osa, mistõttu see imendub kergesti nahka ja aitab säilitada selle elastsust. Lisaks skvaleenile sisaldab amarandiõli:
- E-vitamiini — tokoferoolid ja tokotrienoolid
- Fütosteroole
- Polüküllastumata rasvhappeid — peamiselt linoolhapet (omega-6)
- Oleiinhapet — omega-9
Selline koostis muudab selle õli nii toidulauale kui ka välispidiseks kasutuseks sobivaks tooteks. Külmpressitud tehnoloogia tähendab, et seemneid ei kuumutata ekstraheerimise käigus üle umbes 40 °C, tänu millele säilivad termiliselt tundlikud ühendid. Mahepõllumajanduslik päritolu välistab sünteetiliste väetiste ja pestitsiidide kasutamise kasvatamisel.
Kuidas kasutada?
- Sisemiselt — sobib salatikastmeks, putrudele, smuutidesse või lusikatäiena tühja kõhuga; kuumtöötlemine ei ole soovitatav, sest kõrge temperatuur lõhub väärtuslikke ühendeid. Tüüpiline toidukogus on 1–2 teelusikatäit päevas.

If you have not tried amaranth oil before, it makes sense to start with a small amount and add it to dishes you already know: this makes it easier to judge the taste and how your body takes to a new product (general advice, not a manufacturer's instruction).
The product card contains no direct ban on heating and no information about the temperature the oil is designed for. According to the manufacturer's description, it is intended for use in cold dishes and for dressing ready meals, so it is added to salads, porridges and other dishes after they have been prepared.
