This herbal tea combines sea buckthorn berries and leaves, lemon balm, and rose hips. Rich in natural vitamins and perfect for daily enjoyment.

Ingredients:

Sea buckthorn berries 30%, sea buckthorn leaves 25%, lemon balm herb, rosehip fruits

Preparation:

Pour 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal mixture with 1 glass (200 ml) of boiling water, cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes, then strain.
