After shampooing, squeeze excess water from your hair so the conditioner isn't diluted. Dispense a hazelnut-to-walnut sized amount (adjust for length and density) and distribute it through mid-lengths and ends using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. If your hair is fine or gets weighed down easily, concentrate product from the ears down and avoid the roots. For thicker, coarse, or chemically treated hair, you can work a little closer to the scalp and use a bit more product. Leave it on for 1–3 minutes while you finish your shower — this gives the panthenol and aloe polysaccharides time to bind moisture inside the shaft and smooth the cuticle. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the hair feels clean but not squeaky. For an occasional deeper treatment, especially after coloring, sun exposure, or in dry winter air, extend the leave-on time to 5–10 minutes before rinsing.

Aloe vera gel forms the base of the formula. Its polysaccharides (mainly acemannan) act like microscopic sponges on the hair surface, attracting and holding water so strands feel less dry and look smoother. It also supplies amino acids and antioxidant compounds that keep the formula mild on both scalp and lengths. Panthenol (provitamin B5) penetrates the hair shaft and binds water internally, which improves flexibility and reduces that brittle, flyaway feeling — especially helpful after frequent blow-drying, sun, or harsh washing. Oilseed oil contributes unsaturated fatty acids that lightly coat the outer cuticle layer, smoothing raised fibers so hair reflects light better and tangles less. Vitamin E adds antioxidant protection for the hair's own lipid barrier, useful when heat styling, UV, or dry indoor air are daily stressors. Orchid extract rounds out the blend with a botanical softness and polished finish without leaving a heavy, styling-product residue.

The formula deliberately omits parabens, SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate), and added dyes, which are common irritants for people with reactive scalps. Aloe vera and panthenol are both recognized for their soothing, low-sensitization profiles, so the conditioner is generally well tolerated even if your scalp tends to itch or redden after washing. For color-treated hair, the absence of harsh surfactants means it won't strip pigment, and the oilseed oil plus vitamin E help seal the cuticle — which is exactly what preserves vibrancy between salon visits. If you have a known contact allergy or are introducing several new hair products at once, it's sensible to patch-test behind the ear or on the inner forearm 24 hours before full use, and add only one new product at a time so you can identify any reaction. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist if it persists.

This conditioner is formulated for daily or every-wash use. Because it relies on light oilseed oil rather than heavy silicones or waxes, it rinses clean without leaving a progressive coating that makes hair feel limp or "waxy" after a week. If you shampoo regularly (every 1–3 days), you can condition each time without buildup concerns. People who co-wash (conditioner-only cleansing) or use abundant leave-in stylers, oils, or dry shampoos may notice residue after 2–3 weeks; a monthly clarifying shampoo or an apple-cider-vinegar rinse (1 tablespoon per cup of water) resets the hair surface. For very fine hair that gets greasy quickly, conditioning every other wash and focusing only on the last 5–7 cm of the ends is often enough to keep tangles manageable without weighing down the root area.
