20% common bilberry shoots (Vaccinium myrtillus L.); 20% common bean husks (Turkish bean) (Phaseolus vulgaris L.); 15% eleutherococcus root (Eleutherococcus); 15% wild rose hips (Rosa majalis Herrm.); 10% horsetail (Equisetum arvense); 10% peppermint (Mentha piperita L.); 10% St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum L.)
Usage Instructions
Pour 1 tsp (1.5–2.0 g) of the mixture into 200 ml of boiling water, let steep for 15 minutes, strain. Adults and children over 14 years: 1 cup 3 times a day with meals for 1 month.
