YELLOW ZALMANOV BATH BALM WITH TURPENET 250ML .
Ingredient/composition according to INCI: Aqua, Turpentine, Glycine Soja Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol, Carbomer, Arctium Lappa Root Extract, Calendula Officinalis Extract, Abies Sibirica Oil, Mentha Piperita Oil, Methyl paraben, Propyl paraben, Diazolidinyl Urea, Propylene Glycol. Recommended for high blood pressure as a skin toning and metabolism activating agent. Use: pour 1 tablespoon (10-15 ml) of balm into 2-4 liters of hot water, shake vigorously. Add the resulting solution to 36-37ºC bath water, stirring carefully until the agent is completely dissolved. Hot water up to 39ºC can be added. Stay in the bath for 10 minutes. After the bath, don't dry it, wrap it in a terry towel and lie in bed for 1.5-2 hours. Not recommended for pregnancy, breastfeeding, indiv. in case of intolerance. According to the card, the turpentine bath balm is made on the basis of gum turpentine, soy oil, burdock and calendula extracts and fir and mint essential oils; the list of ingredients also has parabens and diazolidinyl urea. The description says that the yellow balm is recommended in case of high blood pressure – the card gives no confirmation of this. It gives no comparison with other turpentine emulsions. Volume 250 ml.
According to the card, 10–15 ml (1 tablespoon) of the balm is diluted in 2–4 l of hot water and shaken thoroughly; the solution is added to a bath with a water temperature of 36–37 degrees and mixed; if necessary, the water temperature can be raised to 39 degrees. The bath lasts 10 minutes; after it one does not dry off but wraps up in a terry towel and lies down for 1.5–2 hours. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The card gives no special instructions for first use.
