To use the solution, simply add it to a bath filled with warm water. According to the label, 100–150 ml of the solution is used per bath, the water temperature should be 36–39 °C, the procedure lasts 10–20 minutes, a course consists of 12–14 procedures, and it is recommended to rest for 30–60 minutes after the bath. Unlike crystalline salt, the liquid format does not need time to dissolve, so the product is easy to use: just pour the required amount into the water and stir. The conifer extract creates a relaxing atmosphere, which is especially pleasant in the evening. Remember that the product is for external use only and is not a substitute for medical care. If you have sensitive skin or tend to react to fragrance components, it is advisable to test a small amount of the solution on your skin first. Before starting regular use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a chronic condition, it is advisable to consult a specialist.
The solution contains bischofite (a magnesium salt) and a conifer extract, which gives the product a distinct forest scent.
