Its key component is magnesium chloride dissolved in water, so it mixes into bath water without the waiting time you may have with dry crystals.
This product is best used as part of a bath ritual when warm water itself is useful for unwinding. Add the liquid solution to bath water and allow it to disperse before getting in. Because it is already in liquid form, it should mix more easily than crystal bath salts and does not need time to dissolve in the same way.
This is a body and bath cosmetic, not a medical product. Use it only externally in bath water, and do not apply it to broken, scratched, freshly shaved, irritated or otherwise damaged skin. Mineral-rich bath products can feel intense on compromised skin, and a bath that is pleasant on normal skin may sting if the skin barrier is already disturbed.
