According to the product card, one 60 g bar contains 20 g of protein, 4.1 g of carbohydrates (of which 1.0 g sugars), 6.1 g of fat and 13.8 g of fibre; the energy value is 191 kcal (per 100 g: 33 g of protein, 6.8 g of carbohydrates, 318 kcal). The manufacturer writes that the bars can be used to replace ordinary desserts and to lower the calorie content of the diet, and that they help to meet the daily protein requirement and to give up sugar and products containing sugar.
The product name states that the bar is “uncoated” (“Cookie with cream”), but the product card does not explain why that is an advantage or how it differs from glazed bars. According to the composition (in the Estonian description), it contains a protein blend (whey and milk protein concentrates), isomaltooligosaccharide, coconut oil, white chocolate (soluble corn fibre, cocoa butter, whole and skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin, flavourings), cocoa powder and rice balls; the sweetener is natural (steviol glycosides), and the composition also includes sorbitol and the preservative potassium sorbate.
