Usage: For healthy teeth and gums, dentists recommend brushing at least twice a day for 2–3 minutes. Contains sodium fluoride (fluoride content: 0.1%).

Kosmolats FOREST BALSAM toothpaste with propolis and St. John’s wort extracts is a herbal toothpaste for oral hygiene, created for people who want more than basic cleaning. It combines fluoride, cleansing mineral abrasives and a blend of plant extracts often chosen for gum-prone mouths, occasional sensitivity during brushing, or a preference for botanical ingredients in an everyday toothpaste.
The formula works on several levels. Hydrated silica helps remove soft plaque and surface buildup mechanically, polishing the teeth without the harsh feel of coarse particles. Sodium fluoride helps strengthen enamel by making it more resistant to acid attacks from food and bacteria.
