One capsule contains 550 mg of bee propolis. The daily dose may be 1-3 capsules, providing up to 1650 mg of propolis per day.

INGREDIENTS: bee propolis, capsule shell: gelatin; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (E460(i)); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids (E470b), silicon dioxide (E551).
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT AND DOSAGE: For adults, 1 capsule 1-3 times per day with water.
