Studio Permanent Cream Dye for Eyebrows and Lashes in shade Brown is a cosmetic professional-grade permanent oxidative colouring product for the eyebrows and eyelashes, using the Color Stay high-pigment-concentration oxidative colour system with organic castor oil (Ricinus communis) conditioning. The Color Stay system uses oxidative hair dye chemistry (combination of oxidative dye precursors and a hydrogen peroxide developer) to provide a permanent, long-lasting colour result on both eyebrow hairs and eyelash hairs. The shade Brown is particularly recommended for individuals with natural auburn or chestnut-brown hair. Organic castor oil is included in the formula to condition and strengthen the eyebrow and eyelash hairs during the colouring process. Ammonia-free formula. Kit includes 50 ml colour cream and 30 ml developer (total 80 ml system). Two-component system: mix before use.

For the reaction to work correctly, you must measure both parts precisely and mix thoroughly; eyeballing the ratio leads to uneven development or a shade that shifts too warm or too cool.
Because oxidative dyes can trigger delayed allergic reactions, the manufacturer requires a patch test 48 hours before every single use — not just the first time. Apply a tiny amount of the mixed product behind the ear or on the inner forearm, leave it uncovered, and watch for redness, itching, swelling, or burning. If any reaction appears, do not proceed. Do not use the dye on broken, sunburned, or irritated skin, and avoid it entirely if you have ever reacted to hair dyes, black henna tattoos, or paraphenylenediamine (PPD)-containing products. However, the final tone depends on your starting hair colour, porosity, and how long you leave the mixture on. On very light or porous hairs the colour can develop darker and slightly warmer; on darker, resistant hairs it may appear more subtle. A practical way to preview: after mixing, apply a tiny amount to a single brow hair or a few lash tips (using a cotton swab), wait the minimum development time, then wipe off and assess. Start with completely clean, dry brows and lashes — any makeup, sebum, or residue blocks even penetration. Use a gentle, oil-free cleanser and pat dry. Mix the color cream and developer in a non-metallic bowl using the exact ratio from the instructions (usually 1:1 by volume, but verify). Stir until the texture is uniform with no streaks. Apply a thin, even layer with the provided brush or a fine angled brush, covering each hair from root to tip without flooding the skin. Set a timer for the minimum development time; check a test hair at that point. If the shade is sufficient, remove immediately with a damp cotton pad, wiping away from the eye. If you need more depth, continue in 30-second increments up to the maximum time. After removal, rinse the area with cool water and avoid oil-based makeup removers, waterproof mascara, steam, and heavy sweating for the first 24 hours so the pigment can fully stabilise. Conditioning with a lash/brow serum (oil-free) after that window helps maintain hair flexibility.
